What does it cost?

The listed option is free to use. Hosting or model usage may still cost money.

The AGPL application is free to run. Local inference requires separately downloaded model weights and capable hardware; optional cloud providers or plugins can have their own prices and terms. Telemetry and data-location details should be reviewed in the project documentation. No model weights are bundled. A compatible local model such as Ollama's qwen2.5-coder:7b is listed under Apache-2.0 at 4.7GB; confirm model compatibility and its license separately. Hardware, model download/storage, and electricity remain user costs. Optional hosted or API inference may be billed.

Provider pricing checked 1 Nov 2026.
