MarkuprPlus

MarkuprPlus turns a narrated screen review into annotated findings that can be passed to a coding agent. Its MIT app includes local Whisper transcription; it complements an agent rather than replacing the model itself, and optional hosted transcription/provider calls can cost extra.

The application license does not automatically license separately downloaded speech or transcription model weights. Check the selected model’s own source and terms, supported runtime, storage needs and hardware before use; hosted options can have separate costs and limits.
