AI TOOL DETAILS
Keep coding-agent terminals, Git worktrees, editing and code review together in a local desktop workspace.

The listed option is free to use. Hosting or model usage may still cost money.
The AGPL-3.0-or-later desktop app is free. Install and authenticate compatible coding-agent CLIs separately; their subscriptions, API usage, quotas and terms still apply. Local worktrees use your computer and disk. Linux and Windows have platform differences, and Windows builds are experimental.
Provider pricing checked 14 Oct 2026.
Choose only the steps for your operating system; the platform paths are alternatives. The README also provides signed Linux AppImages and experimental Windows installers; use their current release-specific instructions. The Seatbelt sandbox is macOS-only. Linux and Windows use a different Docker mode rather than the macOS Shield capability. Termic itself is free AGPL software. Agent CLI authentication, provider subscriptions/API usage, and local hardware costs remain separate; installing Termic does not include an AI allowance.
