A local-first coding workspace with Ollama-backed model support. The project license file is MIT even though GitHub’s API did not classify it; model weights and device compute are separate, and the early-stage app may not match hosted assistant features.
Free MIT app; local model and hardware required
The MIT source and app are free; the repository’s root LICENSE was checked directly because the GitHub API returned NOASSERTION. Local Ollama use needs separately downloaded model weights with their own license and adequate device resources. No app subscription is required for that route.

Use the self-hosted UI with its required branding under the current license. There is no included paid-model allowance: cloud APIs, servers and storage can cost extra. Removing branding or qualifying enterprise uses may require a separate license; do not assume the current release is unrestricted BSD.
Free credit tier; paid plans and commercial licensing
Manage, build, and run AI agent teams around the clock.
LobeHub pricing includes 500k monthly credits free and paid Starter from displayed $9.90/month. LobeChat/LobeHub source uses a modified Community License: commercial derivative development/distribution requires a commercial license; it is not plain Apache-2.0.
The local desktop app and self-hosted software have a free MIT-licensed option. Cloud hosting and selected external model APIs can charge separately. Local model use still requires your device resources; free software does not include every model provider.

Cherry Studio's AGPL source client has local setup instructions. This scope covers the self-built client; external model APIs, cloud services and separate commercial licensing or enterprise components are not included or price-verified.
AI pair programmer that works inside your terminal.
Aider itself is free software. Paid model providers charge for tokens and usage; compatible local models use your own hardware. Your selected provider determines model cost, context limits and any required API credit.
One interface for all your AI models and conversations.
The MIT source can be self-hosted without a source-license subscription. Local model inference and self-hosted SearXNG/scraping use your infrastructure; remote model, search, scraper or reranker providers may charge separately. Web search is online and subject to provider limits.
